SMART SEA COLLABORATES TO UPGRADE BRIDGE SIMULATOR SYSTEM AT MARITIME COLLEGE 2
Maritime College 2 and Smart Sea Joint Stock Company have officially signed a cooperation agreement to rectify and upgrade the bridge simulator system, ensuring stable operation and effectively serving the teaching and practical training for maritime students.
Under the agreement, Smart Sea JSC will:
- Inspect and restore the entire simulator system.
- Resolve connection issues between critical servers (Instructor, Conning, Radar, ECDIS, Binoculars, GMDSS, ProjectPort, ProjectCenter, ProjectStarboard).
- Ensure smooth and accurate data transmission and reception.
- Repair malfunctions related to projectors, surveillance cameras, and the UPS system.
- Eliminate unnecessary software to optimize operational performance.
With a commitment to immediate implementation following the signing, Smart Sea will provide regular progress updates, continuous technical support, and complete Phase 1 within just two weeks. This collaboration not only enhances training quality but also marks a significant advancement in the application of simulation technology in maritime education, contributing to the development of a highly skilled generation of seafarers and maritime officers.
